The personnel friendliness, care, and smiles were the best part. Always supportive, warm, helpful. Quick in addressing guests' requests and finding solutions. From the housekeeping, to the receptionists and doorkeepers, they always made my day. Not to forget mentioning the excellent drivers who knew everything about Nairobi and Kenya. One of the reasons for my hotel choice was the proximity of my workplace since I did not want to waste time in traffic. I did not regret. The rooms are spacious, the international airport not far away, while the Wilson airport is across the street, which make it very convenient for shorter trips.

Great stay at the Weston as usual. So helpful to have the reliable pick-up service from the airport. Superbly located near to the Wilson airport for onward journey. Always a good start to the trip to stay at the hotel. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful and give you that 'VIP' feeling. Very good breakfast. Happy to recommend and will stay again on my next trip. Thank you!

Great location opposite Wilson airport so really handy for the early morning flights north. Terrific breakfast which was included in the room rate. Staff are so friendly and accommodating, it makes travelling as a single female very easy and I felt very safe. The taxi pick-up from Jomo Kenyatta was great again, the driver waited despite my flight being late - and immigration taking the time it always does!

The hotel is not far from the Nairobi international airport and very close to the Nairobi National Park, the Bomas of Kenya, the Giraffe orphanage, the Elephant orphanage, the city center, the National Museum, and other places worth to visit. I chose it since it was close to my place of work and was pleasantly surprised by all other places I could easily visit. The personnel was perfect - professional, friendly, supportive. One more thing - the coffee was delicious!

I want to take a moment to thank the manager Esther for affording me extra attention when I arrived in Kenya for the first time without any of my luggage. I somehow managed to give her work phone number to the luggage recovery service at NBO and she was able to become my liaison and personally look after my precious luggage while I was away for a week in Lamu. The hotel itself was surprisingly well featured and was exceptionally convenient for my domestic flight from Wilson Airport just across the road. If you can carry your luggage up and down a pedestrian bridge and walk a 3-400 meters you can simply walk to your terminal from the hotel.

Great location, really appreciated having a driver wait for my very delayed plane. Welcoming arrival and comfortable room. Nice breakfast and excellent staff (thank you Esther for your replies!) Super easy to get across to Wilson airport for the internal flight. Will definitely stay here again

The staff and service was great. We where delayed from our flight so we landed at night, but I wrote to the hotel and they picked us up at the airport. Really great staff and service. The room was clean and big. The breakfast was wounderfull. It was a very nice stay, and I will love to come back.

A smooth and speedy check-in. An excellent buffet breakfast on the terrace. An excellent location right across Wilson airport facilitating the next leg of our trip to Masai Mara. Most helpful and cheerful staff. Free pick and drop to Wilson Airport.
